• If rescheduling within this timeframe, you will receive a credit equal to the number of hours booked.

• Credits do not expire and can be applied toward a future reservation.

• Credits for reserved hours must be used in full and cannot be split across multiple bookings.

Refunds:

• Refunds are not provided for cancellations.

• Cancellations or rescheduling are not permitted within 24 hours of your scheduled booking time, regardless of circumstances.

Modifying Reservations:

• To adjust your reservation, use the "Change/Cancel Appointment" button in your booking confirmation email.

Exceeding Your Scheduled Booking Time:

• A 5-minute grace period is included after your scheduled booking for cleanup. If you exceed this time, a fee of $10 per additional minute will apply.

• Standard Photoshoots + Content Sessions: Limited to 5 people per booking. If more than 5 individuals are present, the booking will automatically be charged at the event rate or large photo shoot due to exceeding the standard photoshoot capacity.

• Large Photo Shoots, Workshops, Pop Ups + Private Events: Limited to 30 people to ensure the space remains accommodating and enjoyable.

These limits are in place to maintain the quality of the environment and provide the best possible experience for everyone utilizing our space. If you have questions about your specific needs, feel free to reach out for guidance.

No, a photographer is not included in your booking. You are welcome to bring your own photographer to your session. However, if you need assistance finding one, we’d be happy to recommend trusted professionals who have worked in our space.

Additionally, we offer an optional studio attendant add-on to enhance your experience. The studio attendant can assist with capturing content on your phone or small camera and provide guidance on using select studio equipment. This service is not included in the booking fee and must be added on when reserving your session.
