Join Our Creative Team: Studio Assistant Opportunity

Ilé LaReaux Studios is seeking a passionate Studio Assistant (Part-Time) to help manage guest experiences and studio operations in a dynamic, creative space. This unique position is ideal for content creators, students, and influencers who want to gain hands-on experience while creating their own content. Studio Assistants will be compensated with free studio hours as part of their contribution to our community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the studio is clean and organized between guest reservations (15-20 minute changeovers)

• Greet guests upon arrival, providing a studio tour and equipment overview

• Manage guest departure, ensuring smooth transitions between reservations

• Restock essential supplies, including coffee pods + water, hand sanitizer, paper towels, and hand wipes

• Maintain studio cleanliness: sweeping, trash removal, and surface cleaning

• Move furniture and adjust studio setups as required for different bookings

Requirements:

• Flexible schedule and ability to be "on-call" for agreed-upon studio changeovers

• Capability to lift and move furniture or props as necessary

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Reliable transportation to and from the studio

Compensation & Perks:

• Free Studio Hours: Earn one hour of studio time per day for completed tasks (based on availability)

• Workspace Access: Use of the studio for personal projects between reservations
